There are many things that cheer me up and this plumbago in my garden is one of them. Summer is dragging on and it seems as if the heat will never end. This combination of green foliage and blue flowers reminds me that not everything is blazing.

Your plumbago is such a beautiful blue. You are obviously getting much more rain than us. One of our poor ol plumbago died during the long dry spell and the full on dry winds didn't help. I love your blog and have been reading for a long time.

I've never seen a plumbago. It reminds me of phlox. My grandmother used to have lots of it and its fragrance reminds me of her.

It's snowing furiously right now and I'm enjoying your summer photos!
